These unique dinners feature a multi-course meal prepared by local & home Chefs paired with wine or special cocktails & hosted in interesting locations. Performances by FM Opera artists make for an extra special event! These range in size from 10-30 guests & 100% of the proceeds go to the opera.

Farm Food Can Be Fancy Too! Join us for an evening of recipes inspired by family favorites from home-chef Shirley Leiphon (who grew up on a farm outside Devils Lake, ND). This mulit-course menu is focused on farm-to-table fresh ingredients with a "City Girl" upgrade on the delicious food found in farming communities throughout the region! Ya you betcha it's gonna be a fun night!

Chef Sara Watson has created delicious Asian-infused menu for this special evening focused on our final production of the 2023-2024 season. Our 2024 Gate City Bank Young Artists will be featured singing selections from Turandot along with other operatic gems! It’s a night you won’t forget!
